2. License to Build

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our AI orchestration tools to generate software, manage logic, and deploy applications.

3. Acceptable Use

The platform must not be used for generating malicious code, unauthorized deepfakes, or high-frequency trading logic that violates international regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

Code generated by our AI is owned by the user. The underlying neural architecture and fabric logic remain the sole property of BlackSpectron AI.
